4. Inventory Condition

Inventory consists of surplus, excess, or overstock merchandise. Products are typically new, unused, and retail-ready; however, Pallixx™ makes no express or implied warranties beyond what is stated in writing at the time of sale.

All sales are final unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

5. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are solely responsible for:

· Business licensing and resale permits

· Sales tax collection and remittance

· Compliance with federal, state, and local laws

· Product representation to their customers

Shipping, storage, and handling after transfer

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pallixx™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic damages arising from the use of this Site or the purchase or resale of inventory.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to Pallixx™ for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
